it puts out bubbles like crazy!
Works well with home made bubbles and store ones like Tekno bubbles.
if its tilted up the bubbles will flow better and spread faster
ha on/off switch and power cord length isn't that bad.
only problem is i have a leak that doesn't make since.
the part that holds the liquid is like a metal cup but its leaking.
oh well just gonna tape it up.
but over all its worth it!!!

(More customer reviews)I'm an entertainer whose show features the wonder of soap bubbles (stage name Tom Noddy). I don't use the Bubble Tumbler on stage myself but I pay close attention to the many bubble toys out there and they are almost all mess-makers. I have long encouraged people to pour the liquid into a large bowl (doggie bowls with their wide bottoms are designed to be spill resistant) but when Little Kids Inc. came out with the first of these spill-proof bottles it was, and still is, the biggest advance in bubble technology since they added ridges to the wands. I'm not big on selling products at my shows but I have done it with this product just as a public service ... it's brilliant.
Let me say this though ... kids do eventually figure out how to unscrew the dome top from the cup (where the liquid is). So I always suggest to people that, as soon as they get the tumbler, superglue the top to the bottom. This means that you will always have to refill it by pouring the liquid down through the slot at the top (do it over the sink). It's a small price to pay for the ability to relax and then trust them with their own soap bubbles in their own room ... confident that they can't spill it. (you will have to help them find the wand though ... I think they sell some wands separately. If I had a little kid I would stock up and keep them someplace out of reach to replace the lost one until it is found. Have fun.

Gazillion Bubble Machine Review

(More customer reviews)We've had a number of Gazillion bubble machines.
The first - this one, with an upright rotating set of bubble wands - worked relatively well, but stopped working after maybe a dozen uses. (Granted, one of those uses was for a few hours). When the level of liquid is low, the machine stops making bubbles since it has to pick up enough liquid to cover the wand.
We replaced it the next year with the Typhoon machine - this was awesome, produced a huge quantity of bubbles and worked more reliably since the bubble liquid is sucked up and put on the wands, no matter how low the supply of liquid. It has a large reservoir at the bottom so you don't need to fill it very often - it takes a lot of liquid though.
Our issue now is getting the liquid. Gazillion liquid does produce the best bubbles - they last well, etc. etc. etc. HOWEVER, very few stores stock the liquid, and except for when I first bought the first machine, no-one stocks large size bottles. Even the online vendors like toys.com who are supposed to have them, never have them in stock (I've been on their notify list for a long time!) I've ended up buying from someone in Canada on eBay - otherwise, buying the smaller bottles at ToysRUs, Target, etc. is just too expensive.
Both of these machines don't really work if you try other bubble liquids - other liquids (especially the cheaper kinds in very large size bottles) are much thinner and the liquid drips right off the wands before it has a chance to pass by the blower part to make any bubbles.
We're planning to start making our own bubble liquid and hopefully that will cover us. Otherwise, the machines are useless now.

(More customer reviews)The bubble machine is screwed into the cardboard packaging. The screw was not aligned right and put a hole in product so solution leaked out. I returned it to Amazon. It does appear that it would make lots of bubbles. It has a handle but it seemed to me that if product is not kept flat that solution will leak out the back of the machine.

No-Spill Mini Bubble Bucket Review

(More customer reviews)It is true this is a no spill for the most part. I've only seen it spill once and that was due to it being tipped over without the bubble wand for an extended period of time.
However, the wand is so small that young toddlers cannot fully provide the force needed to produce a bubble.
Save this for older toddlers.
Positives: you can share the bubble maker with two other children so there is reduced fighting. It's lightweight so even my 1.5 year old had the opportunity to carry it around. It is spill proof.

It has been very easy for us to use and works every time. Sometimes the motor has to run for about 30 seconds before the bubbles start - but once it starts, the bubbles don't stop :) This toy has made bath time tons of fun for our little guy!
