(More customer reviews)Yes, these little pups do a lot of whimpering in the store- but when you get home you can change it to HAPPY. That's because you just adopted this cute little guy. In HAPPY mode it barks, wags the tail and moves its' head. And you can turn it OFF as well. It is cute, yes a bit annoying but most toys are! My daughter loves hers- she has the golden retriever and now wants one of the newborn ones.
