(More customer reviews)I think this sprinkler is appropriate for a 2 year old (the water shoots very low, as does the water that trickles out the sides)...For a 3-4 year old, I think this sprinkler is a little on the young side. In addition, I was annoyed to have to keep moving the sprinkler to sit exactly upright at a 90 degree angle for the balls to pulse thru). It wasn't expensive, but I wouldn't spend it again if I had an older child (3+ years old) to entertain.
