It's not perfect, but it is most likely the only affordable, mid-sized toy of the NWA championship belt that will be available for the foreseeable future. TNA no longer uses the NWA name or championships on their programs, and have since released toys of their own championship belts.
It isn't made the same way as most other toy wrestling belts. Instead of using soft foam or imitation leather, this toy's strap is made of rigid plastic. It features the main center plate of the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship (sic) title belt, as well as two of the side plates, with stickers for Australia and Japan. It does not, however, include plates for Canada or Mexico. Where the outer plates are located on the actual belt, this one has two small clamps for holding micro figures of TNA wrestlers A.J. Styles and Jeff Jarrett. These do not show unless the belt strap is completely unfolded.
The main plate folds out to form a play set of a wrestling ring. For this reason, the main plate sticks out farther than the side plates.
Make no mistake, it is not as fancy or accurate as the $200 or $400 full-sized replica belts. It does, however, look very nice sitting on a shelf in belt mode, and is much more affordable for the average wrestling fan.
