(More customer reviews)We haven't had this long yet, but it has already proven to be a big hit with both my 18-month old and my 4 1/2 year old. The construction is solid and appears ready to be left outside year round. Lots of different things to do, both in and out of the toy.
It's big. So big in fact, that it doesn't get delivered by UPS, FedEx, etc. Rather it is a scheduled delivery by a trucking company.
Also, assembly is not easy. It took two people about 2/12 hours to complete. The roof particularly is difficult to put together and for that portion you really need two people. Lots of screws (I'd day about 50), so make sure the battery on your screw gun is charged up.
You need three AAA batteries for the doorbell.
