(More customer reviews)This is a cute doorbell, but it is extremely loud. I tried putting tape over the speaker part but it was still way too loud. The worst, however, is that it kept going off by itself without anyone touching it. We had to take the batteries out to get it to stop. I'm returning it today for a refund. If my daughter still wants a doorbell I will look for a different model.
