BeBop Sing-Along CD Karaoke Player Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I purchased this for my son's birthday and he is having so much fun with it. I don't know what the negative review is about. The microphones work great on the player we received. There is an on/off switch for each microphone and a volume control separate from the music volume control. It's easy to use and durable (and my son is not that easy on his toys). There's a mail-in coupon for a free 2-CD set which is a remarkable bargain. The price, free 2-CD set, and twin microphones all helped me decide that this was the right CD player for us. I'm giving it 5 stars and a high recommendation.

Disney Princess CD Jewelry Box Review

(More customer reviews)I was surprised to read the poor review below. My 5 year old has had this for 6 months now and has had no problems with it at all. It sits on her dresser and is played at least once a day.
It's adorable to look at and seems to be working just fine.

Sing Along Disney Princess CD Player Review

(More customer reviews)My Daughter just received one from the grandparents. She loves it. It will play CDs and has an input for her MP3 player. It is much better made than other microphones or karaoke type mics/amplifiers we have given her in the past. The mic has the larger 1/4inch connectoer so she cannot bend it. She likes the on off switch on the mic. I like the fact that is dos not use batteries!!! I am buying another mic (it will take 2) so her sister can sing with her.)

Sing-Along CD Player Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)We've had this cd player for a year with two young children (now ages 2 and 4), and it's held up great. We've even packed it (carefully) in suitcases to take on plane rides, and it's still going with no trouble. I like the "hold" switch in the back which basically shuts down the button operation so that no matter how much the kids press the buttons, it won't respond (so it keeps on playing just as I had intended when I first hit play). Of course, you can flip off the hold switch and let the kids do as they wish. The microphones are fun, but the cords are a little short so they give feedback until the child figures out that they need to walk a little further away from the cd player (which they can, but my kids don't generally do so). We mostly use it just as a cd player for now and don't use the microphones all that much yet. Also, you will definitely need an ac adaptor as it eats batteries. We got one at Radio Shack (bring the cd player with you as they'll need to see it to get the exact right adaptor for it.....there are more choices than you'd realize). Overall, we're quite pleased with this and actually looking to buy a second one.

Digital Blue Barbie Boombox White/Pink Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This purchase is not what I expected and I would return it except my 6 y/o is in love with it. First off, and this is my misunderstanding, but the name of it is "Digital Blue". That is just the name of the company. I was looking for a digital tuner but this only has the dial.
This is a very flimsy radio. My daughter previously had a Hello Kitty boombox and it was solid but after two years, it had a short in it so we were looking to replace it. The CD player lid on this boom box is uneven and thin. I'm just waiting for it to break. When the CD plays, you can hear it spinning over the music. The sound of the speakers is ok since it's for a 6 y/o.
Lastly, and this is purely aesthetic - the boom box is white and hot-pink but the cord that comes with it is black. A minor complaint, but it really does look bad since for our placement, the cord has to show.
