So I bought this simple white apron & chef's hat for my toddler so she can wear it when she is playing with her toy kitchen. It is a little long at the neck but I just fixed it by tying the top in a knot to make it shorter for her. You can't beat the price! $6.99 was perfect for what I was trying to achieve with my daughter. It really helps get the little ones to understand that when you wear it, it means you're cooking. So now, when I cook or bake, I try to wear my own apron so she can see me with mine. And although my daughter is only 2, I am slowly trying to find ways for her to use her apron in the real kitchen. Once I was shucking corn so I had her take the husks & put it in the trash (all while wearing her apron). Such a simple task but she loved it. And after we were done, she cried because she wanted to "cook." I'm so happy with this purchase. Maybe I'll buy another one as a gift for her cousins or buy an extra one for playdates.
