(More customer reviews)I wanted so much for my son to love this little elephant rocker. The crinkly ears! The upturned trunk! And that charming little elephant smile.
However, Amazon claims it's the perfect size for toddlers, with a suggested age range of 18 months to 3 years. At 16 months, my son was already too tall to sit on it comfortably; and he's not a big kid (in the 50th percentile for length). He had to hunch his back to hold onto the handles, and ended up falling off the back when he tried to sit up straight and rock.
It's adorable and seems to be very well made. It's just too small for the average toddler. Thank goodness Amazon has a decent return policy, and refunded my money in full in addition to paying the return shipping charges.
