(More customer reviews)My daughter wanted this sooooo bad for her birthday. Imagine the disappointment when we opened it and she wanted to play with it, but we didn't have a light bulb to melt the candy into the molds.
We searched all our light fixtures in the house to "borrow" one; however this one uses a special small based blunt tip 40W chandelier bulb.
Once we found this specialty bulb at a large retail hardware store, she filled her little mold tray. It took about 1 1/2 hours to make 4 tiny pieces of candy and about 4 minutes for her to string it through a licorice rope and eat it. The refill kits are expensive. You're better off getting a roll of Lifesavers and stringing them on licorice ropes or yarn because that's basically what this is!
