(More customer reviews)My girls adore the necklaces... sure, the rest is nice but it breaks in less than 3 days... the singing necklace is wonderful and everything, except it is very cheap and breaks in 1-3 weeks. One of my twins received the first one as a gift and the other twin took over the necklace so I had to buy a replacement. Good thing I bought 2 because the one broke, then came back to life then broke again... ok after getting the next two, they lasted about 1 week before one broke and it sounded really creepy for awhile, too. The voice got low and slow, then high and fast like a possessed little mermaid. Now the other one is on its last legs. It has a real static sound. Like very low clarity in the voice. Oh well... Disney is not what it used to be and at least the kids had fun for awhile.
Yes, of course I tried changing the batteries and that is not the issue. The batteries last longer than the toy so take them out and save before you throw it away =)
I wouldn't recommend buying these. The kids love the necklace so much then it breaks.
Also, all 3 tiaras broke, all 6 earrings broke and most of the bracelets broke... I'm not sure if any bracelets are still in tact. It seems like I throw one out every day.
