He loved the toy, but a couple of pieces were broken when they arrived and several more broke the first time he played with them. It was almost as if the plastic was old and had become brittle and therefore broke easily. One of the things that broke was the small bit that held the wagon wheel on. We put a piece of wire within the axle and extending into the wheel and it is holding up so far. [...]
