I wold advise this toy for a child who could walk well, since the product doesn't give an age range which was one concern i had before i received it. She loves it and from her first use she was able to maneuver it well even though it was her first ride on toy. it is the cutes and she look great on it. i am just excited to take photos of her and the best thing is it will be suitable for girl up to 3-4 yrs. Great investment.
