(More customer reviews)I purchased this for my daughter and setting it up for the first time only the symbol and one drum worked. I tried switching the drums but it was the connection on the symbol drum that never worked from day one. After about 3 or 4 times being used the whole symbol piece would not work. I called up and Customer Service was very nice (Back to Basics) and they shipped me out a new one. Waiting to see if this one works better.
