(More customer reviews)I am so sorry to admit that this product is not as good as it appears to be. I knew it by the negative reviews that there was a chance that they were true, however my 3 year old grandson wanted it so bad that I didn't think twice to put the order thru for 2 sets "the ultimate set" for me and the regular set for his house. His parents didn't want to buy it for him because of the -reviews but he said to them, "that's ok,my grandma will get me the cookie dough factory"....he was so happy that we even video taped him jumping up and down with the box in his hands,screaming, so happy it was "priceless". HOWEVER, none of the attachments created anything even close to the commercial. I couldn't even make a simple cookie using the "Magic cookie shaper". The cookies were STUCKED to the cookie molds and they couldn't be removed and I put plenty of flour to make sure they will release, the dough was COLD as it should be, but again no luck. In desperation I even tried spraying cooking spray on the mold to see it that will help release the cookie, it didn't work. I took a few pic's that I will download of the "Cookie MESS" later on. His little face was so sad, he kept telling me "grandma it doesn't work, send it back get another one" very sad!!! The only thing that worked a little bit was the the machine that you turn around called "the extruder with auger crank" purple color, you can get a few strings of dough from it and bake it..not pretty at all but at least something. I have to let you know that I am an expert at making cookies from scratch and never in my lifetime I had so much trouble making cookies. That is why I am begining to doubt the commercial and if they are really using cookie dough when they use the "Magic Cookie Shaper", none of the reviewers are able to do so,something is not right!
Well good luck and if you want to make your child happy for ordering this item, then by all means, go ahead and give it a shot...it can't blame you because I did it too!
