(More customer reviews)I have two daughters, ages 2 and 4 and they love playing house, having tea party's with the table and two seats included in the cottage, and talking on the phone (also included). Love how this playhouse has a floor. Easy to assemble (recommend an electric drill). You definitely can't beat the price. It is smaller than the other playhouses and would be difficult for an adult to sit in there. But the large windows make peaking in a breeze.
