(More customer reviews)My daughter, almost 4 years old, has a hard time getting the stamps to work properly. She keeps telling me it isn't working right, and when I go to check I see that the stamps are not absorbing the ink enough for it to transfer to the paper properly.
When I try it, I have to press down hard on the ink pad and really milk it and then it will stick to the paper properly.
The stamps are cute, the wooden storage compartment is cute... but I am not impressed about the ink. I am not sure if there is something wrong with the ink we got or not. I do have other inkpads, made by a different company, and I am going to try the stamps on them to see if we can't get them to work better.
It's cute, and could be a lot more fun if they worked properly so they wouldn't frustrate a child.
